Forest Ministry shall be the authorized state institution in the sphere of forest management carrying out common state policy in the sphere of forest management, protection and reproduction of forests and hunting. The Ministry shall carry out the following functions: (a) the state forest and hunting management; (b) forest inventory, monitoring and registration; (c) validation of felling instructions; (d) issuance of licences for some types of forest management; (e) issuance of hunting authorizat
