This Ministerial Decree establishes requirements for reduction of discharge of pollutants, other substances and microorganisms to surface waterbodies, ground waterbodies and watersheds. Reduction shall be performed in accordance with plans covering periods up to 7 years. Organizations shall elaborate plans in accordance with indicators for treatment of effluent waste water.
