The Government decrees that alcoholic drinks bottled in non-standard souvenir bottles are exempt from labelling. The grounds for labelling exemption are the certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and approved by the Federal Tax Service attesting the impossibility of labelling, and the certificate of a territorial (local) branch of the Federal Tax Service attesting the payment of excise for the given amount of non-labelled alcoholic drinks bottled in non-standard souvenir bot
