The Decree establishes a Register for the commercial enterprises which trade (import, export and place on the market) wild fauna and indigenous flora species included in the lists pertaining to the CITES convention and to those lists under Council Regulation 338/97. Full registration (commercial name, owner, address, legal status and every other relevant information) shall be compulsory for all commercial activities and the associations connected therewith.
