Ministerial Decree No. 340/1999 amending provisions of the Food Code in compliance with Directive 1999/4/EC regarding coffee and chicory extracts.

This Decree, in compliance with Directive 1999/4/EC regarding coffee and chicory extracts, approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 51 of the Food Code is hereby entirely replaced. The provisions of the new article shall apply to coffee and chicory extracts as prescribed in the Annex to this article (included in the text of the Decree) and according to the provisions of the Directive.
