This Ministerial Decree establish that the state register of wild flora shall contain continuously updated data bank on species, quantity, qualitative characteristics, geographic area and use of wild flora. All wild vascular plants and mushrooms classified as rare and endangered species shall be recorded in the state register of wild flora.
