This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of setting up, running and improvement of state information system on fuel and energy complex. The aforesaid databank shall be kept and updated by the Ministry of Energy and it shall contain information of energy saving, energy efficiency, transportation of oil and gas, data on electric and thermal energy production and supply and data related to renewable energy sources.
