The Ministry of Natural Resources shall be the authorized state institution carrying out the functions in the sphere of study, management, reproduction of natural resources, including subsoil, forestry, waterbodies, waterworks (except for navigation waterworks), management of wildlife species and natural habitats thereof (except for hunting species) and protected areas (except for ecological supervision thereof). The Ministry shall have plenary powers in the following fields: (a) assessment of m
