This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to technological waterbodies used for industrial purposes, hydropower generation, water treatment, sewerage and irrigation. Dimensions, boundaries and width of water conservation zones and riversides shall be established in accordance with the projects elaborated according to the requirements set by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
