This Decree with a view to comply with the provisions of Council Directive 2003/114/EC amending Directive 95/2/EC regarding food additives other than colours and sweeteners, makes extensive amendments to the Food Code. More specifically, articles No. 33, 44, 45, 54, 57, 61, 80, 81, 83, 90, 99, 103, 111, 114, 149, 120,121, 122131, 133, 144, 148 are hereby amended and a new article No. 126 is added.
