Ministerial Decree No. 384/2000. Amendment of article 91, Part A II, paragraph 1, point D of the Food Code.

This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 91, Part A II, paragraph 1, point D of the Food Code, dealing with heat treatment of meat products (sausages), is amended. The humidity percentage and the percentage of fat mass of certain meat products are hereby re-established.
