The aim of this Decree is to harmonise the Greek legislative frame with Council Directive 2005/59/EC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations (toluene and trichlorobenzene). This Directive amends Annex I of Council Directive 76/769/EEC which has been adopted and incorporated to the Greek legislative frame with Presidential Order No. 445. Consequently, Annex I to this Order is hereby amended in compliance with this Directive.
