This Decree, in reference with Commission Directive 98/68/EC, sets out the model (laid down in Annex A) on which the standard document for the introduction into the Community of feedingstuffs from third countries must comply. It also establishes the detailed rules for the compilation of such document (referred to in Annex B). The document must be made out in the Greek language and must take up a single sheet only.
