This Ministerial Decree establishes that the plots of subsoil (geological catchments) shall be conceded to the holders of special licence issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for the exploration and prospecting of mineral deposits. Concession of the plots of subsoil (geological catchments) shall not be required for operational exploration, regional exploration and other geological activities without disturbance of subsoil.
