Item 5³ shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to perform water uses in protected zones of hydropower objects application with request for concession of area of waterbody for recreational water use shall be accompanied by the written decision of the organization owning hydropower equipment or in possession of documentation for projected hydropower object, on coordination of water uses in protected zone of hydropower object”.
