With this Decree the provisions of Commission Directive 2005/38/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of fusarium toxins in foodstuffs are adopted and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame. Annex I to the present Decree establishes the sampling methods to be followed for the official control of the levels of fusarium toxins in foodstuffs.
