This Ministerial Decree sets forth compulsory safety requirements for all veterinary drugs imported to Kyrgyzstan or produced on the national territory, including processing, handling, storage, transportation, trade, application and recycling (destruction) thereof. Veterinary drugs put on trade must comply with the provisions of this Technical Regulation, must pass compliance assessment procedure and must be labelled with compliance mark. All veterinary drugs must be traceable and identifiable.
