This Ministerial Decree validates the list of agricultural commodities production, primary and subsequent (industrial) processing of which shall be carried out by the agricultural producers, including: (a) cereals, grains, leguminous crops; (b) vegetables, cucurbits crop and tubercrops; (c) cattle, swine, goats, reindeer, poultry, rabbits; (d) sericulture, fishfarming and fish products; and (e) viticulture.
