Ministerial Decree No. 449 validating the Regulation on mechanism of stimulation of utilization of renewable energy.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the mechanism of stimulation of utilization of renewable energy through application of particular tariffs for purchase of electric energy produced by solar power, wind power and hydrogenating power and compensation of costs for producers of energy from renewable sources. It contains formula for calculating projected profits from trade of electric energy generated by renewable sources.
