Pursuant to Directive 2006/52/EC relating to food additives other than colours and sweeteners for use in foodstuffs, this Decree brings forth extensive amendments to the provisions of the Food Code. More specifically, articles Nos. 33, 41, 42, 44, 45, 58, 70, 80, 83, 84, 87, 90, 91, 93, 98, 99, 103,110, 111, 113, 114, 119, 121,123,125, 131, 132, 135, 137, 139, 141, 144 are hereby amended.
