This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of felling permit for particularly precious (nut and juniper stand) of forest species. This Regulation shall be applicable in the process of construction work, demolition work and blasting operations, cable routing, pipe laying, road making, geological exploration and mining operations in view of impossibility of conservation of particularly precious (nut and juniper stand) of forest species with the subsequent compensation of damage
