The basic measurement unit shall be minimum monthly wages. The scale of payment shall be set for common fishes, protected fish species recorded in the Red Book, common aquatic invertebrates (crustaceans), protected aquatic invertebrates (crustaceans) recorded in the Red Book. Catch or destruction of fishes and other aquatic invertebrates with the use of electric current, explosives, poisoning substances, spearheads and firearms, and also during spawning shall be charged at the double rate.
