The Government decrees to establish that the Ministry of Agriculture is a Federal Executive Body entitled to carry out state policy and management in the sphere of agro-industrial complex and food supply of the country and coordinating activity in this sphere of other Federal Executive Bodies in cases envisaged by the Federal Laws, Presidential Decrees and Ministerial Decrees.
