This Technical Regulation establishes: (a) compulsory safety requirements for natural honey; (b) requirements for processing, handling, storage, trade, recycling and (or) destruction of honey, except for homemade honey not destined for trade; (c) traceability of honey; (d) labelling of honey; and (d) compliance of honey with the provisions and requirements of this Technical Regulation. The scope of this Technical Regulation shall be prevention of fraud and protection of public health and human l
