This Ministerial Decree establishes that valuation of damage caused by the violation of environmental legislation shall be carried out by the officials of the authorized environmental institution in the process of inspection. Legal and natural persons that have caused environmental damage exposed by the environmental officials shall transfer funds to the state budget for the mitigation of the consequences of the aforesaid damage.
