This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Ministry of Natural Resources shall be the authorized state institution entitled with the task of keeping the National register of waterworks. The National register of waterworks shall be set up and kept for the following purposes: (a) state registration of waterworks; (b) collection, processing, storage and dissemination of information on the state of waterworks and safety criteria thereof; and (c) creation of an information database.
