The Cabinet of Ministers, for the purpose of prevention and suppression of destruction of crops by agricultural animals decrees as follows: (a) to intensify repression of grazing and cattle driving through areas under crops causing destruction thereof; and (b) in case of exposure of the facts of destruction of crops by agricultural animals to apply administrative and legal procedures to culprits.
