Ministerial Decree No. 50 validating the arrangements for support of national seed-growing farms.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that finances transferred by international development agencies (USAID and other) shall be allocated to the State Fund of Economic Development under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finances for distribution among national seed-growing farms as credits for support of elite seed production with the period of reimbursement of 7 years.
