The Government of the Russian Federation decrees to adopt the fines according to the prescribed scale for the damage caused by physical persons, stateless persons or juridical persons by annihilation, fraudulent fishery or harvest of marine biodiversity in inland water basins, territorial waters, continental shelf and EEZ and for the damage caused to anadromous fish originated in the inland water basins of the Russian Federation outside its EEZ up to EEZ and fishing areas of the foreign states.
