The present Decree harmonises the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Commission Directive 97/69/EC 97/64/EC concerning restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations. The aforementioned Directive consequently amends Annex I of Presidential Order No. 445/83 by replacing section 3 with new text (included in this Decree). The amendment regards liquid substances or preparations which are considered dangerous according to the provisions of article 2
