This Ministerial Decree regulates import and export of ozone depleting substances. Licences for import and export of ozone depleting substances and produce containing them from and to the countries that have signed the Montreal protocol shall be issued by the Ministry of External Trade in accordance with expert opinion issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
