In order to obtain the authorization for putting out of operation oil-trunk pipelines the list of arrangements for ensuring environmental protection and protection of the population and the territory against disasters coordinated with the territorial branches of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and of the Ministry of Emergency Situations shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Fuel and Energy.
