This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of distribution of finances out of joint fund of USAID and the Ministry of Finances of Kyrgyzstan between 9 national pedigree farms in accordance with credit and hypothecary documentation. Finances accumulated on special fund account at the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan can be used exclusively in accordance with decision issued by the Government of Kyrgyzstan.
