Pursuant to article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 351 of 4 August 1999 and in implementation of relevant Community Directives in force, this Ministerial Decree fixes limit values for certain atmospheric pollutants, namely sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and oxides of nitrogen, particulate matter and lead. Moreover, the Decree establishes (i) margins for those pollutants, (ii) the periods within which the above-mentioned limit values are to be achieved, (iii) criteria applicable to the collection
