The Government decrees to introduce the following amendments: Paragraph 3 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "Manufacturing of tobacco and tobacco produce without special product identification label is prohibited from the 1 November 1999 (except for cigarettes with a cardboard holder, for which the deadline is extended to 1 of January 2001).
