This Ministerial Decree establishes that federal state energetic supervision shall be performed by the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service with a view of prevention, identification and suppression of offences by the subjects of electric energy sector related to reliability and safety requirements. Federal energetic supervision shall be performed in the form of inspections and corrective actions for removal of identified offences and consequences thereof.
