This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Nuclear Energy Corporation “Rosatom” shall be authorized state institution responsible for accrediting of certification bodies and testing laboratories for compliance of products in the sphere of nuclear energy management. The aforesaid products shall be related to safety of the utilization of nuclear energy.
