This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of state supervision over land tenure and land conservation by the local self-government and by the officials of the authorized state land institution. State supervision shall take into consideration: (a) change of qualitative and quantitative state of land; (b) enforcement of land legislation; (c) conservation of degraded and polluted land; (d) data collection on available free (unoccupied) land; (e) timely land reclamation and soil rehabilitat
