This Ministerial Decree designates as a protected area the health resort of Federal importance Svetlogorsk-Otradnoye and establishes its boundaries and functional purpose. The main natural medicinal resources of Svetlogorsk-Otradnoye are mineral water, therapeutic mud and a beneficial climate. Natural resources of the resort shall be used for medicinal and recreational purposes and for bottling of mineral water within established limits.
