This Ministerial Decree establishes that the following products shall require compulsory compliance certification: (a) plant species and derivates thereof; (b) food additives; (c) beverages; (d) meat; (e) alimentary agricultural commodities; (f) fish products; (g) milk and dairy products; (h) infant food; (i) vegetables and legumes; (k) fruits and edible nuts; (l) tea and coffee; (m) cereals, grains and rice; and (n) alimentary oils.
