This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Federal Fisheries Agency shall submit annually by 5 December to the Ministry of Agriculture draft allocation of quotas with the consideration of the proposals of the basin fisheries institutions. The Ministry of Agriculture shall validate the allocation of quotas by 15 December of the current year.
