Ministerial Decree No. 642 validating the Regulation on hot water supply.

This Ministerial Decree regulates the relations in the sphere of water supply, sewerage system and technological connection of centralized and non-centralized hot water supply systems. It also regulates the procedure for conclusion of contracts for hot water supply. Water supply shall be regulated exclusively by contractual arrangements.
