This Ministerial Decree regulates the relations in the sphere of water supply, sewerage system and technological connection of centralized and non-centralized potable and technical water supply and sewerage systems. It also regulates the procedure for conclusion of contracts for cold water supply and discahrge of effluent waste water to sewerage system. It also establishes places of water abstraction and water supply, and also places of effluent waste water discharge.
