Ministerial Decree No. 645 validating model forms of contracts for cold water supply.

This Ministerial Decree validates the following model contract forms: (a) cold water supply contract; (b) sewerage contract; (c) combined cold water supply and sewerage contract; (d) cold water transportation contract; (e) effluent waste water transportation contract; (f) technological connection contract to centralized cold water supply system; and (g) technological connection to centralized sewerage system.
