Ministerial Decree No. 65 amending Ministerial Decree No.154 regarding setting up Federal Supervision in the sphere of protection of consumers’ rights and well-being of the population.

Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Federal Supervision Service in the Sphere of Consumer Protection and Well-being of the Population shall be federal executive body entrusted with the functions of elaboration and implementation of state policy in the sphere of consumer protection and organization and fulfilment of federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision in the sphere of consumer protection”.
