The Government decrees to introduce the following amendments to the Ministerial Decree No. 1428 of 1999: 1. In point 1 the expression "special product identification label" is substituted with the expression "federal special product identification label"; 2. The first paragraph of point 2 acquires a new wording "Product identification label for spirituous liquors of the old type is valid up to 1 July 2001"; 3. In points 2 and 3 of the Regulation on labelling of spirituous liquors produced on the
