This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Inspection on Geodetic Supervision shall be the authorized institution carrying out the following tasks: (a) supervision over geodetic and cartographic activity; (b) supervision over the correct mapping of the national frontier; (c) registration of geodetic and cartographic activities; and (d) registration of geodetic points.
