The Government decrees recommends regional executive bodies upon presentation by state forestry institutions to use up to 50 percent of the sums of forfeit for the damage caused to forestry by the infringement of the forest legislation as an additional source of financing of activity for the reproduction and protection of forests and development of the social sphere of enterprises and organizations of forestry.
