This Decree sets forth the creation of a committee headed by the Agriculture Services Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reform, and the head of the Central Administration for Agricultural Cooperation. This Committee will carry-out follow-up reports, supervise, and control over the decisions and acts of the Central Agricultural Cooperative Union . It also has a consultative role when required in accordance with the Law of Agriculture Cooperation and its implementing regulations.
