This Ministerial Decree shall not be applicable to endangered species recorded in the Red Book. Capture of wild fauna shall be carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with permits issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. An application for capture of wild fauna shall be submitted to the Ministry a month before the projected date of capture.
